The development
Forty-five freehold units, one release, on the last open shoreline inside Club Mykonos.
01 — Setting
The setting
Club Mykonos has anchored the Langebaan waterfront for three decades — a Greek-village resort built around a working marina, restaurants, a beach and a protected lagoon that stays calm when the Atlantic does not.
Artemis occupies the rise between the marina and the beach, the last piece of open ground inside the estate. The land falls toward the water, which is what makes a sea view possible from every plot rather than only the front row.
02 — Architecture
The architecture
African Consulting Architects have designed Artemis as a contemporary Cycladic village rather than a row of houses. Forms are massed and stepped so that each unit shelters the next from wind and overlooking, and so that the roofline reads as one settlement from the water.
Whitewashed walls, deep reveals, timber pergolas and generous shaded terrace. Living spaces open the full width of the plan onto the view, and glazing is placed to catch the lagoon rather than the afternoon sun.
03 — Ownership
Ownership and security
Each unit is sold freehold within the Club Mykonos estate, so you own the plot and the building outright while the estate carries the access control, patrols, landscaping and shared infrastructure.
Access is controlled around the clock at the estate gatehouse, with patrolled grounds and monitored perimeter. Lock up and leave for a season and the property is looked after.
